Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve in a combined Product Owner / Business Analyst role supporting project
management activities

Assist in project planning, scope definition, and timeline tracking

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business needs

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and objectives

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and progress tracking

Facilitate cross-functional communication between business and technical teams

Monitor project risks, track progress, and support delivery to meet project goals, scope, and
timelines

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

The minimum educational requirement for the role is a bachelor’s degree in computer science,
Computer Information Systems Technology, or a closely related field, or the foreign equivalent of
such a degree.
