Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1.       Lead multiple projects and collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements and created
functional and technical Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for Accounts Payable (AP) and
Treasury systems across Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to meet business deliverables.
2.       Monitor scheduled batch process and evaluate AP and Treasury systems, analyze production
issues and discrepancies using root cause analysis (RCA), and recommend improvements to enhance
system stability and business efficiency.
3.       Lead end-to-end testing by defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria, analyzing and
tracking UAT with the accounting team, tracking and triaging defects, and providing final sign-off to
ensure business and SOX financial compliance requirements are met.
4.       Utilized SQL and advanced Excel functions to validate data accuracy, ensure data integrity,
and create daily business intelligence reports to provide insights and support reliable financial
operations.
5.       Manage SAP Concur integrations with iPay, analyze expense process reports, data workflows
to track progress, and review discrepancies in employee expense and Concur-to-AP Imaging reports.
Manage delegate assignments and approval workflows across teams.
6.       Utilized Power BI and Spotfire to create KPI (Key Performance Indicator) based
visualizations and reports using various filters and charts to support accounting analysis and
business decision-making in AP system.
7.       Performed AI-driven gap analysis and risk assessment, and managed change requests by
creating change control tickets and release notes to support system and business improvements.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: The minimum educational requirement for the role is a
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, or a
closely related field
